The invention relates to the technical field of bridge erection, and provides an overline curve steel box girder installation method which is used for erecting a prefabricated and formed curve steel box girder on a limit and comprises the steps that the middle and one end of the curve steel box girder are jacked through a first self-propelled module transport vehicle set and a second self-propelled module transport vehicle set correspondingly; moving the curved steel box girder to one side of the limit; the first self-propelled module transport vehicle set serves as a rotation center, and the first self-propelled module transport vehicle set and the second self-propelled module transport vehicle set drive the curve steel box girder to rotate until the other end of the curve steel box girder crosses the limit; and a third self-propelled module transport vehicle group is arranged on the other side of the limit to support the other end part of the curve steel box girder. According to the invention, the problems that the swivel construction difficulty is high, the swivel speed is relatively slow and the bridge superstructure cannot be quickly replaced by using the existing abutment during the installation of the curved steel box girder at present can be solved, and meanwhile, the cross-line installation of the curved steel box girder can be realized.
本发明涉及桥梁架设技术领域,提出一种跨线曲线钢箱梁安装方法,用于将预制成型的曲线钢箱梁架设在限界上,包括:通过第一自行式模块运输车组和第二自行式模块运输车组分别顶升曲线钢箱梁的中部和一端部,并将曲线钢箱梁移动至限界的一侧;以第一自行式模块运输车组为回转中心,第一自行式模块运输车组和第二自行式模块运输车组驱动曲线钢箱梁转动,直至曲线钢箱梁的另一端部跨过限界;在限界的另一侧设置第三自行式模块运输车组以支撑曲线钢箱梁的另一端部。本发明能解决目前曲线钢箱梁安装时存在的转体施工难度大、转体速度相对较慢、无法利用现有墩台对桥梁上部结构快速更换的问题,同时能够实现曲线钢箱梁的跨线安装。
