The construction method comprises the following steps: S1, construction preparation; s2, part of the steel sheet pile single bodies and a guide frame are arranged; s3, the other steel sheet pile single bodies are installed, and therefore the steel sheet pile cofferdam is formed; s4, a plastic film is arranged on the outer side of the steel sheet pile cofferdam; s5, sealing filler is scattered between the steel sheet pile cofferdam and the plastic film, and water in the steel sheet pile cofferdam is discharged; s6, sludge in the steel sheet pile cofferdam is cleaned to the construction elevation; s7, laying bamboo rafts; s8, binding steel bars are arranged, the binding steel bars are connected with the pile foundation steel casing, and then bottom sealing concrete is poured; s9, the bottom sealing concrete is cured, and the bottom sealing concrete is solidified to reach the expected strength; and S10, carrying out bearing platform construction. The plastic film is arranged on the outer side of the steel sheet pile cofferdam, and the sealing filler is arranged between the steel sheet pile cofferdam and the plastic film, so that the double-sealing effect is achieved, and the sealing effect can be effectively improved.
