Tapered silo top supporting system for overhead large-diameter squat silo
The invention relates to the technical field of silo grain storage engineering, in particular to an overhead type large-diameter squat silo conical silo top supporting system which comprises a steel truss and a bracket used for being fixedly installed on a silo wall, the steel truss comprises an inner cavity barrel formed by erecting steel frames and a plurality of radiation beams welded to the inner cavity barrel, and each radiation beam is connected with a lower chord member and a supporting rod; one end of the support rod is fixed at the bottom of the inner cavity cylinder, and the other end is fixed in the middle of the radiation beam; one end of each lower chord is fixed to the end of the corresponding radiation beam, the other end of each lower chord is fixed to the bottom of the inner cavity cylinder, the whole structure formed by the radiation beams and the supporting rods is in an umbrella shape, the ends, connected with the inner cavity cylinder, of the radiation beams are high, the ends, connected with the lower chords, of the radiation beams are low, and a plurality of reinforcing rods are fixed to each radiation beam. The multiple reinforcing rods are distributed in the length direction of the radiation beams, and each reinforcing rod is connected with two adjacent radiation beams. The scheme is used for solving the problem that the overall strength of an existing steel truss needs to be improved.
本发明涉及筒仓储粮工程技术领域,具体公开了架空式大直径浅圆仓锥形仓顶支撑系统,包括钢桁架和用于固定安装在仓壁上的牛腿,钢桁架包括钢架搭成的内腔筒、焊接在内腔筒上的多根辐射梁,每根辐射梁都连接有下弦杆和支撑杆,支撑杆一端固定在内腔筒的底部,另一端固定在辐射梁的中部;下弦杆一端固定在辐射梁的端部,另一端固定在内腔筒底部,辐射梁、支撑杆形成的整体构造呈伞状,辐射梁连接内腔筒的一端位置高,连接下下弦杆的一端位置低,每根辐射梁上均固定有加强杆,加强杆的数量有多根,多根加强杆沿辐射梁长度方向分布,每跟加强杆连接相邻的两根辐射梁。本方案用以解决目前的钢桁架存在的整体强度有待提升的问题。
