The method comprises the following steps that firstly, temporary underground diaphragm walls are arranged according to the protection ranges of the subway protection area and the cultural relic protection area, and the interior of the foundation pit is subjected to bin division design; secondly, a permanent underground diaphragm wall is supported on the periphery of the foundation pit, and a temporary underground diaphragm wall is constructed in the foundation pit for foundation pit separation; and thirdly, the branch bin foundation pits are excavated to the bottom elevation of the first inner support at the same time, and then construction of the top beams and the first inner support of the branch bin foundation pits is completed.
