Die Erfindung betrifft ein handgeführtes Trommel-Rohrreinigungsgerät (1) mit einer um eine Drehachse (2) rotierbaren Trommel (3), mit einer in der Trommel (3) gehaltenen Federwelle (4), aufweisend einen Längenabschnitt (5), der sich von der Trommel (3) erstreckt und durch eine Rotation der Trommel (3) um seine Längsachse (6) rotierbar ist, mit einem Griff (7), welcher dazu eingerichtet ist, die Trommel (3) rotierbar zu stützen, mit einer Antriebswelle (9) zum Antreiben der Trommel (3) und einer der Antriebswelle (9) zugeordneten Anbindungsstelle (10), um die Antriebswelle (9) mit einer Antriebsmaschine triebmäßig zu verbinden, und mit einer Freilaufkupplung (11), über welche die Antriebswelle (9) mit der Trommel (3) derart wirkverbunden oder wirkverbindbar ist, dass bei Antreiben der Antriebswelle (9) die Freilaufkupplung (11) kuppelt und bei Antreiben der Trommel (3) die Freilaufkupplung (11) freiläuft.
