Es wird ein Steuersystem für eine Arbeitsmaschine offenbart, wobei das Steuersystem enthält: eine Konstruktionsdaten-Speichereinheit, die mehrere Entwurfsflächen speichert, die als Aushubobjekt der Arbeitsmaschine festgelegt sind; eine Erweiterungsflächen-Erzeugungseinheit, die sowohl in einer Böschungsoberkantenrichtung als auch in einer Böschungsunterkantenrichtung eine Erweiterungsfläche erzeugt, die durch Erweiterung einer Zielkonstruktionsfläche erhalten wird, die eine Zielform einer Böschung des Aushubobjekts angibt, die aus den mehreren Entwurfsflächen bestimmt wurde; und eine Arbeitsausrüstungs-Steuereinheit, die, wenn die Erweiterungsfläche sowohl in der Böschungsoberkantenrichtung als auch in der Böschungsunterkantenrichtung erzeugt wird, die in der Arbeitsmaschine vorgesehene Arbeitsausrüstung auf der Grundlage der Erweiterungsfläche in der Böschungsoberkantenrichtung und der Zielkonstruktionsfläche steuert, ohne die Erweiterungsfläche in der Böschungsunterkantenrichtung zu verwenden.
This work machine control system comprises: a construction data storage unit that stores a plurality of design surfaces set for an object to be excavated by a work machine; an expansion surface creating unit that creates an expanded surface in each of a slope top direction and a slope foot direction by expanding a target construction surface indicating the target shape of a slope of the object to be excavated designated from among the plurality of design surfaces; and an implement control unit that, upon creation of the expanded surfaces in the slope top direction and the slope foot direction, controls an implement of the work machine on the basis of the expanded surface in the slope top direction and the target construction surface without using the expanded surface in the slope foot direction.
