The case has a metering terminal with an external tubular shell (1) that is obtained by extrusion of a plastic material, and a rigid internal insulation cover made of an insulating material plated against the shell, where the cover has front and rear parts (2, 2') slid in the shell. Water conveyance metering assembly and pipe are maintained with respect to each other by fixation on a support plate (3) immobilized in the case. The plate is maintained in the insulation of the case by insertion of its peripheral edge in a groove (21) extended on the parts of the cover towards the case.
