Soft hot melt coated fabric comprises a fabric filling coated on at least one of the sides of a polymeric material having a softening point of 100-250[deg] C, where the polymeric material comprises a polyurethane prepared in solvent phase and not comprising ionic function, and a flame retardant containing a phosphorus compound and/or a mineral filler comprising zinc and/or aluminum salts. Independent claims are included for: (1) process for fireproofing of roof near skylight areas comprising: laying the fabric; applying the fabric in the fireproofing area; pasting by heating the fabric on the roof; and pasting a flap or a strip/piece of the fabric on the fabric itself by heating; and (2) fabricating the coated, soft, hot melt fabric: laying the polymeric material; laying the fabric; laying the polymeric material by coating; and extruding or laminating on the fabric.
