The opener (1) has a swivel case (20) pivotably supported between locking and unlocking positions. A locking lever (30) is rotatably supported on the case around an axis (34). A stop anchor (40) is rotatably supported on the lever around another axis (44). The anchor inhibits rotation of the lever from the locking position towards the unlocking position. An electromagnet moves the anchor towards releasing position and/or in opposite direction, where the opener inhibits changing of blocking position of the anchor during rotation of the lever from the locking position towards the case.
