A driving mechanism (21) is arranged such that at least a part is contained within a space corresponding to the external shape of a driving motor (22), that is, within a space corresponding to a distance (L) in the radial direction (F) of the driving motor (22). The driving mechanism (21) comprises a pinion (41), a transmission gear (48), a ring gear (46) that forms a fixed axis, and a carrier (47). The pinion (41) is connected to a rotary shaft (22b) of the driving motor (22). The transmission gear (48) has a disk gear portion (48b) that meshes with the pinion (41), and a sun gear portion (48a) that is located on the same side as the pinion (41) with respect to the disk gear portion (48b). The carrier (47) has a planet gear (54) and rotates with a drum (23).
