An actuating device (13) actuates the linked flap with a linear actuator (15) i.e. spindle actuator, and clutch elements (16) i.e. pushrods, for connecting the linear actuator with the linked flap. Energy storage elements compensate flap total weight. The linked flap is more swingable around a housing-fixed flap pivotal axis (11). A four-joint hinge swingably links the flap to the housing. The energy storage elements are designed as gas springs, spring struts or mechanical spring systems.
