The device has a plate (1) resting on a roof and comprising a central hole. An anchoring rod (4) is passed by the hole and arranged to be attached on the roof by its lower end. The rod has a thread toward its upper end (41) to receive a fixing bolt to tighten the plate against the roof. A sealing unit ensures a sealing between the rod and the plate, and a threaded tenon fixes the object to the upper end. A blind sealing nut (3) is screwed at an upper end of the device and arranged to top the upper end of the rod and an adjusting nut (42), where the sealing nut bears the tenon.
