The present invention relates to a cartridge (100) for use in dispenser devices of a jet of water, and a dispenser device (200) of a jet of water incorporating such a cartridge (100).The cartridge (100) comprises a cartridge body (101) defining a first compartment (20) and a second compartment (22), said second compartment (22) being separated from the first compartment (20) by a watertight separation septum (24), in the cartridge body (101) comprising an entry aperture (16) being made for the entry of a flow of water into the first compartment (20) and at least one exit aperture (18) opening towards the outside for the exit of the flow of water from the first compartment (20). A current generator (1) is housed in said first compartment (20), said generator (1) being suitable to be driven by a flow of water which crosses said first compartment (20) from the entry aperture (16) to the at least one exit aperture (18). A light source (11), a loudspeaker (1002) or other electronic device is housed in said second compartment (22) and is powered electrically by the generator (1).
