The present invention relates to a capsule-insertable shower device, and the capsule-insertable shower device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a cylindrical body unit having a hollow interior; a spray unit, which is coupled to one open side of the body unit and has a perforated plate formed therein to finely spray fluid; a mounting unit, which is accommodated inside the body unit and has a mounting groove formed therein to allow a capsule to be inserted into one side thereof; a perforating unit, which slides along a cut-out groove of the mounting unit and is coupled, and simultaneously from which a pressing pin protrudes toward the mounting groove to perforate the surface of the capsule; and a cover unit, which is coupled to the other open side of the body unit and fixed thereto, and is attached to and detached from one side of the mounting unit.
