VERFAHREN ZUR HERSTELLUNG EINER MIT EINER DEKORSCHICHT VERSEHENEN WERKSTOFFPLATTE
The method involves providing a carrier plate. A layer of impregnating resin is applied on a side of the plate. A decorative paper is provided. The impregnating resin is applied as an impregnating agent on a non-printed lower side of the paper lying opposite to decoration. The decorative paper with the impregnated side opposite to the decoration is applied on the side of the plate provided with the impregnating resin. The impregnated decorative paper is rolled before application on the carrier plate. The carrier plate is made of a wooden material, plastic or wooden material-plastic mixture. The impregnating resin is water-based impregnating resin. The carrier plate is chip plate, medium density fiber plate, high density fiber plate, coarse chip plate, plywood plate, cement fiber plate and/or gypsum fiber plate.
