The present invention relates to a pulverulent binder-based composition comprising at least one mineral binder, an anti-dust additive which is a nitrogen-containing, phosphorus-containing or sulphur-containing organic compound comprising at least 8 carbon atoms, and aggregates and/or sand, or other inert fillers, to the process for preparing such a composition and to construction materials obtained after mixing said composition.
