In order to increase the stability and durability of the assembly, it is proposed that a trap plug (40) is provided in the drain trap body (30) and intumescent material (1) is provided between the trap plug (40) and the drain trap body (30) in such a way that, in the event of a fire, the trap plug (40) is pressed against the outlet opening (23) of the drain trap stub (20) by expanding intumescent material (1) and thus closes the outlet opening of the drain trap stub.
