The directional sway and reset tooth handle (14) is provided with a tooth handle rotary hole piece (15), the torsion spring (13) is provided inside the torsion spring shaft support piece (9), one end of the directional sway and reset tooth handle (14) is provided with a tooth point sway limiting piece (10), the tooth handle sway limiting piece (12) and the tooth point sway limiting piece (10) limit each other to prevent the directional sway and reset tooth point (8) from swaying towards a space other than a limit position of the provided tooth handle sway limiting piece (12), the directional sway and reset harrow teeth (7) continues rotation when a material is clamped between the harrow supporter (3) and the directional sway and reset harrow teeth (7), a rotational force drives the tooth handle rotary hole piece (15) to rotate about the torsion spring tooth handle shaft (11) and at the same time drives a movable end of the torsion spring (11) to move, so that the directional sway and reset tooth point (8) rotates in a direction away from the harrow supporter (3), and the clamped material falls off, when the directional sway and reset harrow teeth (7) rotates and leaves a material clamping position between the directional sway and reset harrow teeth (7) and the harrow supporter (3), the movable end of the torsion spring (13) restores and resets the directional sway and reset tooth point (8), and the directional sway and reset harrow teeth (7) continues to rotate a harrowed material.
