Provided is a device capable of appropriately setting a warning zone in the vicinity of a construction machine and appropriately allowing a person in the vicinity of the construction machine to recognize the warning zone. The construction machine includes a first operational information acquisition section for obtaining first operational information indicating a state of at least either a slewing motion or a travel motion of the construction machine, a zone setting section for setting the warning zone in the vicinity of the construction machine according to the first operational information, and a display forming section for forming a display that allows visual recognition of the warning zone, using visible light.
