A motion alarm management device of construction machinery comprises: a motion detection unit detecting operation of construction machinery to output a motion detection signal; an alarm setting unit storing an alarm set including an alarm pattern set in correspondence to an alarm setting command; an alarm output unit outputting the alarm pattern corresponding to the alarm setting command; and a control unit controlling the alarm setting unit and the alarm output unit to output the alarm pattern corresponding to the motion detection signal when the motion detection signal is inputted. The alarm pattern corresponding to the motion detection signal is included in at least one of a preset alarm set and a user designation alarm set that is set by a user.
