Trap with trap seal comprising a vent (16, 3) to perform an anti-siphon function comprising in the characteristic way a flap (2) of annular shape positioned in a chamber (13) in the body (1) of the trap concentrically with respect to the vertical axis of the flow of waste along the tube (8), this flap (2) being intended to regulate an intake of air through the openings (16, 3) towards the outlet (11) connected to a waste pipe, characterized in that said flap (2) of annular shape is split so as to form a non-continuous annulus to form two branches (31) and (32) terminating in ends (23).
