A bidirectional damper (200) comprises a mounting bracket (1), a tension spring (2), two damping cylinders (3) and two engaging members (4); the mounting bracket (1) comprises a first bracket plate (11) and a second bracket plate (12) with opposite main surfaces and a connecting plate (13) connected between the first bracket plate (11) and the second bracket plate (12), wherein the connecting plate (13) comprises a main body section (131) and extension sections (132) at two ends of the main body section (131); the damping cylinder (3), the tension spring (2) and the two engaging members (4) are located between the first bracket plate (11) and the second bracket plate (12), the damping cylinder (3) and the tension spring (2) are respectively arranged at two sides of the connecting plate (13), and the two extension sections (132) are bent from the main body section (131) towards the tension spring (2); each of the two damping cylinders (3) is hinged with a corresponding one of the two engaging members (4) respectively; two guide grooves (133) which penetrate through the connecting plate (13) are formed in the connecting plate (13), each of the two engaging members (4) is slidably arranged in a corresponding one of the two guide grooves (133) respectively, and the two engaging members (4) are connected with the tension spring (2); the engaging member (4) is provided with a first engaging tooth (41) and a second engaging tooth (42) spaced apart along the second direction, the engaging member (4) is further provided with a first guide (44), the first guide (44) abuts against a side of the connecting plate (13) facing away from the tension spring (2).

A bidirectional damper (200) comprises a mounting bracket (1), a tension spring (2), two damping cylinders (3) and two engaging members (4); the mounting bracket (1) comprises a first bracket plate (11) and a second bracket plate (12) with opposite main surfaces and a connecting plate (13) connected between the first bracket plate (11) and the second bracket plate (12), wherein the connecting plate (13) comprises a main body section (131) and extension sections (132) at two ends of the main body section (131); the damping cylinder (3), the tension spring (2) and the two engaging members (4) are located between the first bracket plate (11) and the second bracket plate (12), the damping cylinder (3) and the tension spring (2) are respectively arranged at two sides of the connecting plate (13), and the two extension sections (132) are bent from the main body section (131) towards the tension spring (2); each of the two damping cylinders (3) is hinged with a corresponding one of the two engaging members (4) respectively; two guide grooves (133) which penetrate through the connecting plate (13) are formed in the connecting plate (13), each of the two engaging members (4) is slidably arranged in a corresponding one of the two guide grooves (133) respectively, and the two engaging members (4) are connected with the tension spring (2); the engaging member (4) is provided with a first engaging tooth (41) and a second engaging tooth (42) spaced apart along the second direction, the engaging member (4) is further provided with a first guide (44), the first guide (44) abuts against a side of the connecting plate (13) facing away from the tension spring (2).
