FLOOR BOARD
A floor board (1) comprising a substrate (13) and a decorative surface layer (16) applied to said substrate (13), said substrate (13) comprising MDF or HDF material at a side edge (2), characterized in that said side edge (2) is treated with an impregnation agent (14), and together with a side edge opposite thereto (3) forms a first pair of opposite side edges (2-3) of said substrate (13), wherein said floor board (1) further comprises a second pair of opposite side edges (4-5), wherein at least said second pair of opposite side edges (4-5) comprises mechanical coupling parts (6) allowing to couple said floor board (1) at the respective side edges (4-5) with a similar floor board (1) by means of a downward motion (M) such that, in a coupled condition, said floor board (1) and said similar floor board (1) become locked both in a direction (R1) perpendicular to the plane formed by the coupled floor boards (1), as well as in a direction (R2) perpendicular to the coupled side edges (4-5) and in the plane of the coupled floor boards (1).
