The snow-breaking and shaping apparatus (3) comprises a snow-breaking structure (31) and a shaping structure (32), the snow-breaking structure (31) is close to the first side (S1) of the frame (2), and the shaping structure (32) is close to the second side (S2) of the frame (2). The described snow-grooming device (1) can simultaneously break and shape snow, which increases snow-breaking efficiency, while also being low-cost and having strong environmental adaptability.
