The snow grooming device (1) comprises: a frame (2), which can move along a first direction (x) and comprises a first side (S1) and second side (S2) that are provided opposite one another along the first direction (x); and a snow-breaking and shaping apparatus (3), which is located at the bottom of the frame (2) and is connected to the frame (2) and which is configured to be able to move along the first direction (x) together with the frame (2). The snow-breaking and shaping apparatus (3) comprises a snow-breaking structure (31) and a shaping structure (32), the snow-breaking structure (31) is close to the first side (S1) of the frame (2), and the shaping structure (32) is close to the second side (S2) of the frame (2). The described snow-grooming device (1) can simultaneously break and shape snow, which increases snow-breaking efficiency, while also being low-cost and having strong environmental adaptability.
