CONTAINER HAVING A BLOCKABLE ARTICULATION DEVICE
The present disclosure relates to a container (1) having a first container portion (2), a second container portion (3), and a articulation device (4) connecting the first container portion (2) to the second container portion (3) to be pivotable around a first hinge axis (8a). The articulation device (4) comprises a sliding joint (9, 17), which allows a sliding of the first container portion (3) relative to the first container portion (2) transverse to the first hinge axis (8a), and a blocking element (11), which is movable from a blocking position, blocking the sliding joint (9, 17), against a spring force to an unblocking position, unblocking the sliding joint (9, 17), by an actuation of said sliding joint (9, 17).
