Disclosed in the present application is a roller height adjusting mechanism, including a roller assembly, an adjusting component, and a sliding adjusting member, the sliding adjusting member is positioned on a side of the roller assembly, in which the sliding adjusting member includes a first adjusting part and a second adjusting part, the first adjusting part and the second adjusting part are configured to slide toward or against each other, both the first adjusting part and the second adjusting part are hinged to an end of the adjusting component, and an opposite end of the adjusting component is hinged to the roller assembly. The first adjusting part and/or the second adjusting part are/is slid to drive the adjusting component to be close or open, so as to adjust the distance between the roller assembly and the sliding adjusting member, thereby achieving a change in the traditional way of lifting and lowering adjustment by consistently adopting bolts. In this way, it not only improves the convenience of lifting and lowering adjustment, but also improves the bearing force in the process of lifting and lowering adjustment, and it also leads to a better appearance after the assembly of doors or windows.
