The invention discloses a height adjusting mechanism of a truss. The height adjusting mechanism comprises a fixed support and an adjusting support located above the fixed support. Multiple vertical threaded holes are formed in the adjusting support, and adjusting screws are arranged in the vertical threaded holes. The length of the parts, penetrating through the adjusting support, of the adjustingscrews is increased and decreased by screwing the adjusting screws, and the distance between part or the whole of the adjusting support and the fixed support can be changed. The adjusting support andthe fixed support of the height adjusting mechanism are mounted at the lower end of a cross beam and the upper end of a stand column of the truss, the adjusting support and the fixed support are stacked up and down, the distance between the adjusting support and the fixed support is changed by screwing the adjusting screws, and therefore adjusting to the levelness of the cross beam can be achieved; and the fixed support and the adjusting support can be locked through small holes, height adjusting is achieved, and meanwhile rapid assembling of the cross beam and the lower stand column is finished.
