HIGH-ZIRCONIA ELECTRO-FUSED CAST REFRACTORY MATERIAL
An object of the present invention is to provide a high zirconia electrically-fused cast refractory which suppresses the joint opening at a contact site between refractories, suppresses the formation of zircon crystals, does not extremely increase the residual volume expansion rate even when zircon crystals are formed, and has high corrosion resistance from glass; and the present invention relates to a high zirconia electrically-fused cast refractory, wherein, as chemical components: the sum of ZrO2 and HfO2 is more than 80% by mass and 92% by mass or less, Al2O3 is 0.2 to 3.0% by mass, SiO2 is 1.5 to 10% by mass, Na2O is 0.05 to 2.0% by mass, K2O is 1.0% by mass or less, B2O3 is 0 to 1.5% by mass, Y2O3 is more than 4.0% by mass and 9.0% by mass or less, the sum of MgO and CaO is 0.02 to 0.4% by mass, CaO is 0.01% by mass or more, the sum of Fe203 and TiO2 is 0.5% by mass or less, P2O5 content is 0.04% by mass or less.
