Disclosed is a device (2) for relocating an infrastructure component (4), in particular a track support plate, which has been placed in a provisional position on an underlying surface (3), into a desired arrangement, the device comprising a connecting means (33) for fastening the device (2) to a counterpart connecting means (8) of the infrastructure component (4), an underlying-surface contact means for placing on the underlying surface (3), an actuating device (29) for receiving a first rotational movement about a first axis of rotation (37), and a transmission device (34) for converting the first rotational movement into a first relocating movement of the underlying-surface contact means relative to the infrastructure component (4) with a translational movement component oriented perpendicularly to a first axis of rotation (37). Also disclosed are a combination (16) and a system (1) having at least one such device (2). Also disclosed is a method for relocating an infrastructure component (4).
