Una terminal de lecho marino de aguas poco profundas (40) para almacenar y cargar o descargar hidrocarburos, tales como GNL, petróleo o gas, que comprende un módulo extraíble y flotante (20) y una subestructura extraíble del lecho marino (10), diseñada para ser sustentada por un lecho marino (19) por medio de pilotes (22); el módulo flotante (20) se fija de forma desmontable a la subestructura del lecho marino (10), de modo que se forme una terminal portuaria; la subestructura del lecho marino (10) comprende una estructura base (11), provista de dispositivos de flotabilidad, una estructura de paredes (12) que se extienden hacia arriba desde la estructura base (11) y dispuesta a lo largo de al menos una parte de la periferia de la estructura base (11); la estructura base está provista de una abertura (18) en la estructura de paredes (12), para permitir que el módulo flotante (20) pueda ser atracado y sustentado por la subestructura del lecho marino (10), caracterizada por que la estructura de paredes (12) forma una parte integrada con la estructura base (11), y la estructura de paredes (12) está provista de una estructura de viga sumergida (35) y que se extiende más o menos a lo largo de la circunferencia de la estructura base (11), extendiéndose lateralmente hacia afuera desde la estructura de paredes verticales (12), configurada para sustentar el módulo flotante y extraíble (20), y por que la estructura de viga sumergida (35) está provista de mangas o conductos que se extienden a través de la estructura de viga sumergida (35), configurados para recibir a los pilotes que se conducirán hacia el suelo del lecho marino, para sujetar la estructura base (11) y el módulo flotante (20).
A shallow water seabed terminal for storing and loading or unloading hydrocarbons, such as LNG, oil or gas, includes a removable floatable module and a removable seabed substructure intended to be supported by a seabed. The floatable module is releasably fixed to the seabed substructure so that a harbour terminal is formed. The seabed substructure includes a base structure provided with buoyancy devices, a wall structure extending upwardly from the base structure and arranged along at least a part of the periphery of the base structure. The base structure is also provided with an opening in the wall structure for allowing the floatable module to be berthed in and supported by the seabed substructure. The base structure is provided with a submerged beam or base slab structure which extends laterally out from the vertical wall structure and is configured to support the floatable module.
