A cement render or plaster bead comprises two sections which rotate with respect to each other about a common axis. Each section of the bead may have an adhesive means 8 to affix it to an existing surface, the adhesive may be a double sided tape. The beading may be made of aluminium strip and may have a curved section 3a forming a hinge wrapped around a hinge pin 6. The beading may have a series of cut outs 7 to engage with the render/plaster. The beading may be shaped by hand to suit any internal or external curve or arch. The beading may be supplied flat to aid transport and rotated to suit the desired angle.
