The panel 1 comprises first and second formations 7, 9 extending between front and rear faces 3, 5, the formations being engagable with the formations of a further panel to provide discrete alignment configurations between the panels. The formations may be parallel opposing end faces of the panel. The formations may have recesses, apertures or slots (13, figs.1 & 2) for receiving fasteners to fasten the panel to the further panel. The fastener may be a coach bolt. The panels may align in straight lines or corners. The panel may be blow moulded plastic, and have strengthening ribs and a strengthening frame. The formations may be angled faces or L-shaped elements. Also claimed is hoarding comprising two of the panels, a formation of one panel engaging a formation of the other. Also claimed is a kit for constructing the hoarding comprising two of the panels and a fastener.
