An elongate channel member, preferable extrusion 5, defines at least one channel 4 having an opening for receiving a panel 1 and at least two thread sockets 27 mounted therein, the sockets receiving respective threaded members 28 with heads suitable for supporting the lower edge of a panel. The threaded members and sockets can be used to adjust the height and angle of the panel. Also claimed is a system including a pair of glass panels 1, the system having a pair of identical lower channels 4 formed within a single extrusion, and a pair of upper channels 2 formed in an elongate upper extrusion 3 mounted in a suspended ceiling 6. The channels may include elastomeric sealing strips 13, 14, 29 and 30. The upper channel may have a trapezium profile for allowing a panel to be inserted at an angle to the vertical, subsequently rotated to vertical and lowered onto the heads of the treaded members.
