A façade sealing arrangement wherein a first and second façade panels 521a/b have first and second sealing members 537a/b arranged along first and second mating sides 523a/b respectively, said sealing members are configured to be brought into abutting contact such that at least one deforms to form a sealing interface, at least one of said sealing members is also a flipper gasket, the arrangement also comprises two further sealing members 535a/b which are arranged along the mating sides of each panel and configured to deform when brought into abutting contact with the opposed mating side and form sealing interfaces. The further sealing members may define an airtight cavity between them and may also deform by compression. Also disclosed is a modular building comprising a plurality of said sealing interfaces.
