A façade sealing arrangement wherein a first and second façade panels 221a/b have first and second sealing members 224a/b arranged along first and second mating sides 223a/b respectively, said sealing members are configured to be brought into abutting contact such that at least one deforms to form a sealing interface. Each panel may also include a recess 227a/b configured to receive opposing ends of a linking sealing member 228 said linking member may have a portion of reduced cross-sectional area distal both ends to facilitate its bending. The arrangement may include a second pair of sealing members 229a/b. Also disclosed is a sealing arrangement wherein a first panel comprises a sealing member which deforms to forma sealing member when brought into abutting contact with the mating side of a second panel. Further disclosed is a modular building comprising a plurality of said façade sealing arrangements.
