The single-axle equipment 1 features a motor 2, wheels 3, control unit 4, hydraulic cylinder 8, bracket 10, frame (11, figure 3) and two working attachments 5 with travel rollers 9 connected. The working attachments are mounted on the single-axle equipment by means of the swinging arms 6 and are offset with respect to the longitudinal vertical plane P of the single-axle equipment. At least one wheel of the single-axle equipment may be located outside the surface to be treated by the working attachment. One working attachment is arranged at the front (in use) and the other at the rear. The swinging arms are pivotally mounted on the frame of the single-axle equipment and may be provided at the adjacent ends with meshing toothed segments (7). At least one swinging arm may be connected to the frame by means of a hydraulic cylinder (8). The working attachments may be mowers and/or mulching equipment and/or a plough and or a mower/cutter and/or a snow blower. The two attachments maybe the identical or different
