Apparatus and method for maintenance of a water supply
The invention relates to a water supply system, adaptor device and method to allow the provision of a continuous supply of usable water to one or more end user premises, via a water supply system even when the connection to one of two sources of the water is closed. The apparatus includes an adaptor device with first and second passages, an inlet of the first passage connectable to the first source and an inlet of the second passage connectable to the second source and wherein the outlets of the first and second passages are connected to a common pipe of the water supply system to allow water from one of the sources to pass through the adaptor device and into the said common pipe.
