After a first fit, a first opening 111 for flushing water and a second opening for drainage 112 are presented. A first end 311 of a bypass tube is securely inserted within the first opening and a second end 312 of the bypass tube is inserted within the second opening, such that any flushing water from the cistern is supplied to drainage, thereby allowing the flushing operation and potential leakage to be tested prior to initiating a second fit of the installation.
