PRODUCTION METHOD OF LUMINOUS AGGREGATE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a luminous aggregate having similar durability to an aggregate for civil engineering/building, capable of keeping luminous function over a long period.SOLUTION: A mixture of a luminous pigment and glass frit is pasted, sandwiched between two glass plates and heated, to thereby fuse the two glass plates. Then, fused glass plates in the high temperature state are brought into contact with water to be suddenly cooled and composed into debris. Thereafter, the debris is heated again to fuse micro cracks, and only by exposing to the outside only a thin belt-like cross section from a luminous glass layer having a uniform thickness, such a form is obtained that the greater part thereof is sandwiched and protected by glass having a thickness of several mm or thicker.
【課題】土木・建築用の骨材と同様の耐久性を有するとともに、長期間に亘り蓄光機能を保持できる蓄光性骨材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】蓄光顔料とガラスフリットの混合物をペースト化して、2枚のガラス板の間に挟んで加熱し2枚のガラス板を融着させる。そのあと高温状態の融着ガラス板を水と接触させて急冷して細片に分解する。そのあと細片を再度加熱してミクロなクラックを融着させ、均一な厚みの蓄光ガラス層が細い帯状の断面のみを外部に露出するだけで、その大部分を数mm以上の厚みのガラスでサンドイッチされ保護される形態とする。【選択図】なし
