FLOOR SLAB AND COMPOSITE CONCRETE FOR RAFT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite concrete belonging to the field of construction and capable of using in establishment of an industrial floor and a foundation slab.SOLUTION: A composite concrete mixture includes as each component content in the mixture of 1 m, 240-360 kg of cement, 1,700-1,900 kg of a sand-stone mixture of the grain size of less than 16 mm, 110-165 kg of water, a plasticizer of 0.5-2% of a cement content, 5-70 kg of a shrinkage-reducing additive, and 0.6-60 kg of a steel and/or synthetic fiber. The composite concrete enables establishment of a large composite concrete slab which is thin, completely monolithic, has no limit in area and has no shrinkage, crack or curling. Besides, the composite concrete may comprise the nano-sized pozzolanic dusts.
【課題】建築の分野に属し、工業用床及び基礎スラブの構築に使用できる複合コンクリートを提供する。【解決手段】１ｍ３中の成分含量として、セメント２４０〜３６０ｋｇ、粒径１６ｍｍ未満の砂−石混合物１７００〜１９００ｋｇ、水１１０〜１６５ｋｇ、可塑剤をセメント含量の０．５〜２％、収縮低減添加剤５〜７０ｋｇ並びに鋼及び／又は合成繊維０．６〜６０ｋｇを含む複合コンクリート混合物は、薄く、完全目地無しで面積制限がなく、収縮ひび割れやカールも見られない大きな複合コンクリートスラブの構築を可能にする。更に、この複合コンクリートはナノサイズのポゾラン微粉を含むことができる。【選択図】なし
