DUST EXHAUSTING APPARATUS AND METHOD IN ASPHALT PLANT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust exhausting apparatus and method in an asphalt plant, which effectively prevent dust leakage from occurring from a plant main body.SOLUTION: A dust exhausting apparatus is provided, in which: static-pressure meters 23, 28 and 31, and exhaust ducts 24, 29 and 32 are respectively provided at each of dust generation sources in a plant body 4; air-flow adjustment dampers 25, 30 and 33 are respectively included in each of the exhaust ducts 24, 29 and 32; and further, a static-pressure/air-flow controller 35 is provided, for controlling an aperture of each of the air-flow adjustment dampers 25, 30 and 33, on the basis of static-pressure values detected by the static-pressure meters 23, 28 and 31. The static-pressure/air-flow controller 35 controls the aperture of each of the air-flow adjustment dampers 25, 30 and 33 so that static pressure around each of the dust generation sources is set slightly lower than the atmospheric pressure.
【課題】 プラント本体からの粉塵漏出を効果的に阻止するアスファルトプラントの粉塵排気装置及び方法を提供する。【解決手段】 プラント本体４内の各粉塵発生源にそれぞれ静圧計２３、２８及び３１と排気ダクト２４、２９及び３２とを配設し、各排気ダクト２４、２９及び３２には風量調節ダンパー２５、３０、３３を介在させると共に、前記静圧計２３、２８及び３１の検出した静圧値に基づいて各風量調節ダンパー２５、３０及び３３の開度を制御する静圧／風量制御器３５を備える。そして、前記静圧／風量制御器３５では、各粉塵発生源付近の静圧を大気圧より僅かに低い静圧とするように各風量調節ダンパー２５、３０及び３３の開度を制御する。【選択図】 図１
