METHOD OF PRODUCING SINTER BY USING DESULFURIZATION SLAG
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of effectively using free CaO and metallic iron contained in desulfurization slag to recycle them in an iron-making process.SOLUTION: A method of producing sinter by using desulfurization slag is provided. The method comprises the steps of: screening the desulfurization slag at a classification point in a range of 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm; crushing the slag on the screen after the screening into the classification point or less; and mixing the crushed slag as described and the slag under the screen after the screening, and using the mixed slag to produce sinter. From the crushed slag, metallic ion is removed by a magnetic separation, and the crushed slag from which the metallic ion was removed and the slag under the screen after the screening are mixed and used to produce sinter. Moreover, the desulfurization slag is preferably KR slag.
【課題】脱硫スラグに含まれる遊離CaO及び金属鉄を有効に活用し、製鉄プロセスで再利用する方法を提供する。【解決手段】脱硫スラグを0.5mm乃至1.5mmの範囲内の分級点で篩分けし、前記篩分け後の篩上スラグを前記分級点以下に破砕し、前記破砕した破砕スラグと、前記篩分け後の篩下スラグを混合して焼結鉱の製造に用いる、脱硫スラグを用いた焼結鉱の製造方法である。前記破砕スラグから磁力選鉱により金属鉄を除去し、金属鉄を除去した破砕スラグと、前記篩分け後の篩下スラグを混合して焼結鉱の製造に用い、さらに、前記脱硫スラグが、KRスラグであることが好ましい。【選択図】図4
