BASE ISOLATION FOUNDATION STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolation foundation structure and a construction method thereof, in which the appearance of a parting part is not damaged due to displacement of an upper segmentation part and a lower segmentation part of a foundation constituting part of a building, even when the displacement remained, and moreover a drainage function is retained even when a drainer is installed for parting.SOLUTION: A wide part on the ground side 11 of a foundation constituting part 1 of a building 100 is divided into an upper segmentation part 11a and a lower segmentation part 11b by a horizontal plane. A base isolation mechanism 3 is interposed between the upper segmentation part 11a and the lower segmentation part 11b, and on the upper segmentation part 11a is installed an upper constituting part 21 of a drainer 2, while a lower constituting part 22 of the drainer 2 is installed on the lower segmentation part 11b. The upper constituting part 21 and the lower constituting part 22 remain facing each other, even when their positions shifted. Also, a closing member 3 is installed between the upper constituting part 21 and the lower constituting part 22 of the drainer 2, which retains the gap closing function even when the positions shifted.
【課題】建物の基礎構成部の上分断部と下分断部の地震発生時の位置変位や変位の残留に対しても見切りの外観の見栄えを低下させず、また、見切りとして水切りを設ける場合にも水切りとしての機能を維持できる免震基礎構造およびその施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】建物100の基礎構成部1の地面側広幅部11が水平面によって上分断部11aと下分断部11bとに分断され、これら上分断部11aと下分断部11bの間に免震機構3が介在されており、上記上分断部11aには水切り2の上側構成部21が取り付けられる一方、上記下分断部11bには水切り2の下側構成部22が取り付けられており、上記上側構成部21と上記下側構成部22との対向状態が位置変位に対しても維持される。また、上記水切り2の上側構成部21と下側構成部22との間には、位置変位に対しても隙間閉鎖機能を維持するように閉鎖部材3が設けられている。【選択図】図1
