PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a base isolation foundation capable of easily driving a baseplate in the base isolation foundation, even if an anchor bar of the baseplate is long.SOLUTION: A construction method of a base isolation foundation constructs a base isolation foundation 1 of driving a lower side baseplate 30 on a mat slab 5 of a building 3. An anchor bar 33 is installed on the lower side baseplate 30. This construction method of the base isolation foundation comprises a step S1 of building up a stand 60 on leveling concrete 6 of a bottom surface of the mat slab 5 before constructing the mat slab 5, a step S2 of temporarily fixing a slab upper end reinforcement 51 of the mat slab 5 and a reinforcing bar 20 of the base isolation foundation 1 to a stand 60 and steps S3-S5 for placing the concrete of the mat slab 5 and the base isolation foundation 1.
【課題】ベースプレートのアンカー筋が長くても、容易に免震基礎にベースプレートを打ち込むことができる免震基礎の構築方法を提供すること。【解決手段】免震基礎の構築方法は、建物３のマットスラブ５上に、下側ベースプレート３０が打ち込まれた免震基礎１を構築する。下側ベースプレート３０には、アンカー筋３３が取り付けられる。この免震基礎の構築方法は、マットスラブ５を構築する前に、マットスラブ５の底面の捨てコンクリート６上に架台６０を建て込むステップＳ１と、架台６０にマットスラブ５のスラブ上端筋５１および免震基礎１の補強筋２０を仮固定するステップＳ２と、マットスラブ５および免震基礎１のコンクリートを打設するステップＳ３〜Ｓ５と、を備える。【選択図】図３
