OPENING FRAME OF THERMAL INSULATED OPENING PART AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLING OPENING FRAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply superior thermal insulation, assembling characteristic and maintenance characteristic to a thermal insulated opening frame 6 assembled to an outdoor side surface of a thermal insulated opening part of a building such as a freezing warehouse and the like.SOLUTION: An opening frame 6 is made as a frame in which a second base frame 8 acting as a lid for a first base frame 7 is removably arranged at the first base frame 7 fitted to a building outdoor side surface 1a and a first base frame bottom surface part 7a is formed with a bolt hole 7f for fixing the first base frame 7 to the building and a pouring hole 7g for pouring reaction liquid of polyurethane foam 12 into a pouring space C formed at an inside surface 1b of the building opening and at the same time the first base frame 7 is formed with charging chambers A, B for charging polystyrene foams 13, 14.
【課題】冷凍倉庫等の躯体の断熱開口部の屋外側面に組付ける断熱開口枠6を、断熱性、組付け性、メンテナンス性の良いものにする。【解決手段】開口枠6を、躯体屋外側面1aに取付けられる第一ベース枠7に、該第一ベース枠7の蓋をする第二ベース枠8を着脱自在に設けると共に、第一ベース枠底面部7aに、第一ベース枠7を躯体に固定するためのボルト孔7fと、躯体開口の内側面1b部位に形成の注入空間Cにポリウレタンフォーム12の反応液を注入する注入孔7gが形成されたものとすると共に、第一ベース枠7には、ポリスチレンフォーム13、14を充填するための充填室A、Bが形成されたものとする。【選択図】図3
