GROUND IMPROVING CONSTRUCTION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe ground improving construction in unmanned and labor saving manner at a narrow point such as a high dose district which receives constraint about construction time.SOLUTION: An unmanned remote control type boring machine 1 receives a signal from radio transmission means by radio receiving means, and based on the received signal, drives and operates drive/operation control means, for travel, posture control and excavation. After boring a target ground by using a boring rod 5, a hose H is connected, for supplying a curing liquid under a high pressure, to the boring rod 5. By way of the hose H, the curing liquid is jetted under high pressure to a boring part from the boring rod 5. By remotely monitoring rotational speed of the boring rod 5, jetting amount and jetting pressure of the curing liquid, and construction depth, a ground reforming pile 11 which is almost cylindrical is constructed. To be specific, the almost cylindrical ground improving piles 11 are installed continuously to construct a cut-off wall.
【課題】高線量区域などの施工時間の制約を受ける狭隘箇所において、無人化・省力化による安全な地盤改良工を提供する。【解決手段】無線発信手段からの信号を無線受信手段で受信し、その受信信号に基づいて駆動・作動制御手段を駆動・作動させ、走行、姿勢制御及び掘削などを行うよう構成された無人遠隔制御式のボーリングマシン1を用い、その削孔ロッド5により対象地盤に削孔を行った後、削孔ロッド5に硬化材液が高圧で供給されるホースHを接続し、そのホースHを介し削孔ロッド5から削孔部に硬化材液を高圧噴射して、削孔ロッド5の回転速度、硬化材液の噴射量・噴射圧力、及び施工深度を遠隔監視しながら略円柱状の地盤改良杭11を造成する。具体的には、その略円柱状の地盤改良杭11を連続させて、止水壁を構築する。【選択図】図1
