PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof Tatami flooring material that has waterproofness and that enables a Tatami facing to be easily replaced when a covering material such as the Tatami facing is badly stained or broken, and a waterproof floor structure using a waterproof flooring material.SOLUTION: A waterproof flooring material 1 is used by being laid on a floor. In the flooring material, a Tatami facing 11 made of a synthetic resin material, an elastic resin layer 12 having waterproofness, and a reinforcement layer 13 constituting a peeling surface are stacked and fixed toward a floor side from a front side in described order. The reinforcement layer 13 and a floor surface or a core material are fixed by being bonded to each other by a bonding agent, and the Tatami facing is separated from the reinforcement layer 13 when replaced. The waterproof flooring material, and a waterproof floor structure configured by laying the waterproof flooring material on the floor are characterized as above.
【課題】防水性を備えることに加えて、畳表などの外装材がひどく汚れたり破損した際には、畳表を容易に張り替えることができる防水性畳床材、及び当該防水性床材を用いた防水性床構造を提供する。【解決手段】床上に敷いて使用する防水性床材１であって、該床材は、合成樹脂材料からなる畳表11と、防水性を有する弾性樹脂層12と、剥離面を構成する補強層13とを記載した順番に表側から床側に向けて積層固定してなり、補強層13と床面又は芯材とを接合剤によって相互に貼り付けて固定し、畳表を張り替える際には補強層13から剥離させることを特徴とする防水性床材、及び当該防水床材を床上に敷いて構成した防水性床構造である。【選択図】図１
