PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutoff device by which it is not necessary to individually handle a cutoff panel and a block member when performing construction work or the like in a construction site, and the panel and the member can be handled as an integrated member.SOLUTION: A cutoff device has a cutoff panel 10 which blocks at least a part of an opening part which is formed as an entrance 2 or the like at an immovable body of a ground construction 1 or the like. A notch 30 which is formed into a U shape or a substantially-U shape in a notched state toward a lower end from an upper end of the cutoff panel 10 is formed at the cutoff panel 10, and the notch 30 is blocked by a block member such as a door 20 so as to be releasable. The block member is not separable from the cutoff panel 10 as a whole, and a part of the block member is connected to the cutoff panel 10 with, for example, a hinge 21.
【課題】施工現場で施工作業等を行うときは、止水パネルと閉鎖部材をそれぞれ個別に取り扱う必要がなく、これらを一体化されたものとして取り扱うことができるようになる止水装置を提供すること。【解決手段】止水装置は、地上構造物１等の不動体に出入口２等として設けられた開口部の少なくとも一部を開閉する止水パネル１０を有し、この止水パネル１０に、止水パネル１０の上端から下端に向かって切り込み状態でＵ字形状又は略Ｕ字形状等に形成されている切欠部３０が設けられ、この切欠部３０が扉２０等による閉鎖部材により開放可能に閉鎖される装置である。閉鎖部材は、全体が止水パネル１０から分離可能となっておらず、閉鎖部材の一部が、例えば、ヒンジ２１により止水パネル１０に結合されている。【選択図】図１
