PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for producing a hydraulic setting solidification material liquid substitution column, a method of producing a hydraulic setting solidification material liquid substitution column using the production device, and a hydraulic setting solidification material liquid substitution column produced by the production device, in which a hydraulic setting solidification material liquid substitution column is formed with spiral projections on the outer peripheral surface thereof by using an excavation rod which includes massive projections fixed in a part thereof to thereby increase the peripheral surface frictional force to increase a support force in a vertical direction of the hydraulic setting solidification material liquid substitution column.SOLUTION: An excavation rod of a device for producing a hydraulic setting solidification material liquid substitution column has at least one massive projection which is fixed on a lower side face of the excavation rod.
